What's included in the free trial?

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.

What counts as a "location"?

Each physical kitchen, bar, or dining operation with its own inventory and cost structure is a separate location. A restaurant with a separate bar counts as one or two locations depending on whether they share inventory.

Do I need a POS system?

No. Morsel works with or without a POS system. You can upload sales data manually, connect via webhook if you have one, or use our inventory tracking for cost calculations. Works with any POS or no POS.

What's the one-time setup fee for?

We handle the configuration so you don't have to. Initial inventory import, recipe library setup, account configuration, AI calibration, and your first cost analysis report — plus 30 days of AI-guided onboarding.

How does AI analysis work?

Upload your sales data, invoices, or inventory counts — Morsel's AI parses everything, maps ingredients to dishes, flags cost anomalies, and delivers actionable recommendations. Pro users get enhanced recommendations and full action plans.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
